All activities at the Festival require a ticket whether they are free or paid activities.

Tickets for 'The Bird Photography Exhibition’ can be used at any of the times in the program when the exhibition is open for viewing. When Glen Davis Hall is being used for another activity, a separate ticket for that activity is required.

Most activities have a maximum number of participants per session, and all activities will only proceed with a minimum sustainable number of participants.

All outdoor activities will proceed so long as the organisers have information the weather conditions are safe.

The festival is operating on specific sites in the Capertee Valley. The organisers bear no responsibility for ticket holders outside of festival sites.

For paid activities, booking and merchant fees apply in addition to the ticket price.

Involve family and friends

Sessions in the program offer a choice of  many different types of activities which are suitable for all ages, and some are specifically for children.

Children, under 18 years old, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout any activity they participate in.

Parents and guardians should purchase a ticket if they are going to participate in the activity.

If you are simply going to be present at the activity or activities, please book a free Supporter’s ticket – parent or guardian. One of these tickets will cover all sessions where you are a child's attending parent or guardian.
